lost my September – November videos.
This is a series excerpts my trainer put together from July… it’s
5 minutes long & the music is all chopped up bc his original video was about
45 minutes long and I’m not technologically smart enough to record over his
music… Anyway, you can see I’m doing absolutely everything on my own except
straightening my left leg on back steps. Everything is faster & stronger
now. I promise a new video in two weeks. (Apparently, we can't figure out how to get my head in videoas anymore...lol!)
